My daughter and my parents and I recently hopped on a plane and crossed the Pacific to meet the newest member of our family, August. It was a glorious, warm, breezy, challenging, exhausting, and delightfully tropical adventure. We spent most of our time taking turns exploring while the babies napped, making shave ice pit stops, sending the siblings off for surf sessions and applying layers and layers of baby sunscreen.
